The Sparrow Story.
I got into helping small business owners and entrepreneurs by accident. I started freelancing for a former company I worked with, and I was slowly introduced into this whole new world of inspiring, amazing entrepreneurs who owned their own business.
Whoa, I thought. People can actually own their business without mountains of startup cash or knowing “that” person”?
I found that so many of those amazing small business owners were kicking butt in their zone of genius but also falling short with their marketing. Nobody knew about them, they weren’t able to scale, or they were unable to shift their brand as they grew. They needed help. And I could help my little part of the world with that.
I was, and am, inspired by you. Your passion for your craft, your people, your mission.
A light blazes inside of me when I get to partner with a passionate small business owner. I want to see you succeed, bring those words that are stuck in your head about your business out into the world, and help you succeed in your life and business.
A lover of adventure, Fun words, and color coordinated calendars.
I love fun and a detailed checklist, vintage and modern details, and embracing celebration. I always have to text my sister which Myers Briggs I am, and I love taking those “Which Celebrity Are you” quizzes online.
I love learning about personalities and what makes us love, cry, tick, and feel utter joy. Marketing is a natural and non-weirdo way I could ask those questions and dig into the data.
I’ve been in marketing for over nine years and worked with advertising agencies, coaches, photographers, designers, non profits, ministries, and for profits.
I nerd out over learning—my family never heard the end of how to have proper hygiene when I worked with a local dentist! My first job in high school was working at a small fitness center as a Fitness Assistant and somehow, I made it my job to scour magazines and cut out health & fitness tips on the bulletin board.
Fast forward a “few” *ahem, a lot* of years, and here I am owning my own marketing business…and now pinning those tips on Pinterest 😉
I live in Colorado with my hunk-of-a-husband and cutest dog on the planet who is also a bacon stealing, pancake lover, polar bear look-alike, and drool monster.
What’s in the name, Sparrow 25 Marketing?
I love the freedom that birds experience, flitting about without a care in the world. They greet the world in the morning with such pure joy and trust in their Creator.
Sparrow 25 was created on the foundation of trusting in a God that is bigger than my worries and anxiety. He is a God that provides.
